Does the recitation of Surat Al-Fatiha by the worshipper fall away if he is unable to complete it due to stammering, slowness in recitation, or the Imam's haste? If so, should he then bow in 따라 Imam?

The Shafi’is hold that it is obligatory for the worshiper led in prayer (ma'mum) to recite Surat Al-Fatihah in both loud and silent prayers. This means he must complete its recitation even if the Imam bows, and the remaining part of it is not waived from him unless he catches up with the Imam while having only a small portion of Al-Fatihah left to recite. The Hanbalis, Malikis, and Hanafis hold that the recitation of Al-Fatihah is not obligatory for the worshiper led in prayer at all.
