What is the ruling on the inheritance of a full sister and a son of a paternal brother from the deceased woman, and what is the share of each heir?

If the heirs are only those mentioned, then the full sister receives half, based on the Almighty's saying: "If a man dies, and he has no child but has a sister, she will have half of what he leaves." The remainder goes to the son of the paternal nephew by 'asabah (agnatic inheritance), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male heir." Inheritance matters should be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be another heir, bequests, or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
