What is the ruling on intentionally breaking the fast in Ramadan in previous years, and what is its expiation?

You must repent, seek forgiveness, and perform good deeds that erase sins. You are required to make up for the missed days by feeding a poor person for each day. However, if the breaking of the fast was due to sexual intercourse, then you must offer expiation by fasting for two consecutive months for each day. If you are unable to do so, then feed sixty poor persons. This act is considered a demolition of a pillar of Islam and a daring transgression against the inviolable limits set by Allah.
