If you design a program for the Quran using pirated software without the owner's permission, this is an infringement upon their financial rights and must be compensated for, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful unless given with his willing consent." Intellectual property rights and copyrights are legally protected, and this does not prevent the free distribution of a Quran program if you pay compensation for the pirated software.
