Is it permissible for a husband to drink milk from his breastfeeding wife?

Lactation is established by the Quran, Sunnah, and scholarly consensus (Ijma'), and it has conditions to effect prohibition (of marriage): 1. That the lactation occurs within the two years (two years). 2. That the number of sucklings be five known sucklings, such that they constitute a meal for the child.

If these two conditions are met, then lactation establishes prohibition; otherwise, it does not. Consequently, a husband sucking his wife's milk does not affect prohibitory kinship, as it does not fall within the aforementioned conditions.
