Is someone who says, "Whoever believes in horoscopes is an infidel (kafir)," and then clarifies by saying, "If he believes that a certain zodiac sign has a certain characteristic," correct?

Whoever believes that stars inherently influence people's characteristics and morals has committed disbelief (kufr), because they have attributed creation alongside Allah. As for whoever believes that stars are a cause for this, they have lied against both the Sharia and reality, asserting a causality for something that is not a tangible or Shar'i cause. This is severely prohibited, but it does not reach the level of disbelief.
