Is it permissible for an employee in a pharmacy, which is considered a humanitarian service, to pray inside the pharmacy and not go to the mosque to perform congregational prayers, on the pretext that the work does not allow it?

Congregational prayer is obligatory for every adult, sane, non-excused Muslim man. Among the excuses for not attending congregational prayer are: fear for valuable property (whether his own or someone else's), and also being sick or having someone else sick whom one fears will be neglected. If it is the usual case or expected that sick people in critical condition will come to the pharmacy, then this is considered an excuse for not attending congregational prayer, especially if there is no other pharmacy in the area. However, if this is rare or if there are other pharmacies, then it is not considered an excuse. The employee can pray in congregation with one or two men in the pharmacy, as there is no impediment to performing congregational prayer outside of the mosque.
