Is there a specific time limit for the separation between Tawaf and Sa'i?

There is no limited time for separation between the circumambulation (Tawaf) and the striving (Sa'i), as continuity between them is not a condition. It is preferable to perform them consecutively, following the example of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. However, there is no harm in delaying the Sa'i after the Tawaf by one or two days, because continuity between them is not obligatory.
