What is the ruling on prayer and fasting for a breastfeeding woman who takes birth control pills, and her menstrual period comes every 13 days and lasts for 9 days?

The minimum period of purity (Tuhr) between two menstrual cycles, according to the Hanbalis, is thirteen days. According to the majority of scholars, it is fifteen days. One can adopt the view of the Hanbalis because it is more lenient and supported by a narration from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). Based on this, any blood a woman sees after the expiration of the minimum purity period (thirteen days) is considered menstruation.
