Is someone who flirts with women considered a Dayyuth (a man who has no ghīrah or protective jealousy regarding his womenfolk)?

A Dayouth is one who approves of indecency among his family and female relatives and has no protective jealousy over them. A man flirting with other people's daughters is not "dayouthah" (the act of being a Dayouth), but it is a reprehensible and immoral act that might lead him to lose protective jealousy over his own female relatives, thus making him a Dayouth.
