This type of contract is called Murabaha to the one who orders the purchase, and it goes through three stages: a promise to purchase from the client to the institution, then the institution buys the commodity and it enters into its possession, then the client buys it from the institution either in cash or installments. It is stipulated that the second contract must occur after the commodity enters into the possession of the institution, otherwise, the contract would be invalid, because the client is not obligated to purchase until after the institution has taken possession of the commodity.
