Are there any regulations for consuming nigella seeds, such as the requirement of seven seeds mixed with honey, or closing the mouth while chewing them?

Black cumin (Nigella Sativa) is a "cure for every disease except death," as stated in the Hadith. Regarding the phrase "every disease," scholars hold two views: the first is that it is to be taken in its general sense, and the second is that it is general but intended to be specific, meaning it is a cure for cold illnesses or those arising from dampness. Black cumin can be used alone or in combination, powdered or unpowdered, eaten, drunk, or inhaled, depending on the type of illness. This relies on experimentation and medical research. There is no validity to the condition of reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas or a specific supplication when consuming it. As for wishing for death due to illness, it is forbidden. One must be patient in affliction and content with divine decree, wishing that Allah grant them life if life is better for them, and that He take their soul if death is better for them. Affliction raises one's rank and expiates sins, and the life of a believer only increases in goodness.
