Is it permissible to perform Tarawih prayers immediately after Isha prayers, then Tahajjud prayers in the last third of the night after the end of Ramadan?

There is no harm in voluntarily praying after 'Isha' and then performing Tahajjud prayer in the last third of the night after Ramadan, because Qiyam al-Layl (night prayer) is a recommended Sunnah that is not exclusive to Ramadan, even if it is more emphasized during it. However, it is not appropriate to consistently perform Qiyam al-Layl in congregation at the mosque after Ramadan in the manner of Tarawih prayer, because it is legislated for Ramadan, and the Companions did not perform it congregationally thereafter.
