What is the difference between the Fiqh Council and the Muslim World League?

The Muslim World League is an international Islamic organization founded in Makkah al-Mukarramah in 1381 AH (1960 CE). It strives to achieve Islamic solidarity and resolve the problems of the Muslim world. It is a member of several international organizations, including UNESCO and UNICEF, and holds observer status at the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation.

As for the Islamic Fiqh Council, it is an international scholarly body affiliated with the Muslim World League. There is another council affiliated with the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, which held its founding conference in 1403 AH (1983 CE).
