Does the disbeliever glorify Allah, and what is the evidence for that?

Everything in the universe glorifies God and prostrates to Him, except that the glorification and prostration of a disbeliever is by compulsion, while that of a believer is by free will. And the disbeliever prostrates with his state, not with his words, for his very creation points to the Creator and His transcendence.
