To whom is it permissible for a girl to uncover her hair, knowing that she follows the Maliki school of thought?

A woman's hair is not considered part of the 'awrah (parts of the body that must be covered) that is forbidden to uncover in front of her mahram (unmarriageable kin) men, as long as there is no fear of fitna (temptation). Thus, it is permissible for her to uncover it. Maliki jurists opine that a woman's 'awrah in front of her mahram is her entire body except for the face and extremities (forearms, feet, what is above the collarbone, and hair). However, in front of non-mahram men, it is not permissible for a woman to uncover her hair, and she must wear a full hijab.
