Is it permissible to shake hands by placing the palm of the right hand in the palm of the right hand, and placing the left hand on the back of the right hand?

It is permissible to kiss the head upon shaking hands, as it is a custom and enhances the feeling of welcome, appreciation, and love. This is permissible between a man and another man, or a woman and another woman, or a man and his mahram (unmarriageable kin). However, shaking hands with a non-mahram woman is forbidden.
