What is the interpretation of the two dreams after Salatul-Istikhara, and what should I do about my confusion between the current suitor and the past love?

It is recommended to supplicate and entreat Allah to remove harm and answer prayers. Visions are not to be relied upon concerning Istikhara, as what matters is facilitation or lack thereof. If the suitor is pleasing in his religion and character, he may be accepted. Repeating Istikhara is permissible. If there is weakness in his religion or character, it is advised to annul the engagement. As for the other suitor, it is not permissible to propose to her until the first engagement is annulled.
