What is the ruling on an employer deducting one thousand riyals monthly from the dues of a worker whom he forced to sign a paper to that effect, stipulating the completion of his kafala transfer to receive his dues?

It is forbidden for the sponsor to delay the dues of his sponsored person if he is able to pay them, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The delay of a rich person (in paying debts) is an injustice." It is also not permissible for him to deduct anything from the worker's dues by force and oppression without the latter's consent, even if the worker agrees under duress.
