Can God forgive sins related to the rights of people?

A sin related to the rights of a created being has two aspects: the right of Allah, which is forgiven through sincere repentance, and the right of the created being. Allah does not abandon this right; it is either waived through forgiveness in this world or the hereafter, or by satisfying the wronged person until they forgive, or by retribution. For example, the right of the slain person is not lost; Allah may compensate them on the Day of Judgment to appease them and have them forgive their killer. Allah may also overlook all sins, including those related to the rights of created beings, by satisfying the wronged person on the Day of Judgment so that they forgive their oppressor.
