What is the ruling on a woman saying to another woman, "I love you for the sake of Allah," in forums where men can view the posts?

There is no impediment for a woman to say to her Muslim sister, "Indeed, I love you for the sake of Allah." Rather, it is مستحب (recommended); because the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If one of you loves his brother, let him inform him that he loves him." This includes both men and women, and aims to foster love and harmony.
