What is the ruling on madhy (pre-seminal fluid) exiting during crying in prayer or supplication, and is it permissible to perform the Fajr and Subh prayers with the same ablution if madhy exits during Qiyam al-layl (night vigil prayer)?

The emission of prostatic fluid (madhy) due to supplication (du'a) or weeping during prayer is not considered سلس ( سلس means سلس البول which is urinary incontinence, so it will be translated as "incontinence" for madhy too), because it is not continuous and is limited to these two causes. Therefore, it invalidates the prayer and ablution (wudu'), and necessitates washing whatever part of the garment it has soiled. Praying with the same ablution after its emission is not valid.
