Is the one who browses permissible fatwas and religious websites related to marital life sinful if pre-seminal fluid is discharged due to intense desire, while he is far from his wife?

There is no harm in browsing beneficial websites with the intention of learning Sharia knowledge, as long as it is not for the purpose of arousing desire, while being careful not to dwell excessively on such thoughts. As for madhy (pre-seminal fluid) that is discharged without excessive dwelling [on thoughts], there is no harm in it. It is advisable for a man to establish a marital relationship with his wife to preserve his chastity and hers. Otherwise, he should fast, for indeed it curbs the intensity of desire, according to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "O young men, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it helps to lower the gaze and guard the private parts. And whoever cannot afford to do so, let him fast, for it will be a shield for him."
