To what extent is the hadith "Whoever sells a house or property and does not invest its price in something similar, it is likely that it will not be blessed" authentic, and what does it mean?

Ibn Majah, Al-Bayhaqi, and others narrated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever sells a house or property and does not invest its price in something similar, it is fitting that it will not be blessed." This hadith is weak through multiple chains of narration, but Al-Albani authenticated it. Ibn Uyaynah interpreted it to mean that whoever sells a house and does not buy another house with its price will not have that price blessed, because land is blessed. Others interpreted it to mean that selling land and spending its price on movable assets is not recommended, because land has many benefits and few drawbacks, and because it is the price of the blameworthy worldly life.
