Why is a prayer of supplication to God not offered for Palestine, similar to the prayer for rain, with a unified time for it announced through the media for all Islamic countries, and why are the rulers of the Kingdom not pressured to intervene in defense of Palestine?

There is no prayer called "Salat al-Istighatha" (Prayer of Seeking Aid) in Islamic law, and acts of worship are based on prescribed texts. What is prescribed in a situation like that of Palestine is to perform Qunut supplication for victory for the Muslims in Palestine, for the removal of their distress, and for the subjugation of the aggressor Jews. This supplication should be performed in the last rak'ah of the prayer, either after rising from rukoo' (bowing) or before it. Supporting the Muslims in Palestine is obligatory, but the dominance of the enemies is due to the sins of the Muslims and their deviation from the law of their Lord. True victory lies in returning to Allah and avoiding sins, as Imam Malik said: "The latter part of this Ummah will not be rectified except by that which rectified its first part." And Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "We were the most humiliated people, and Allah honored us with Islam; and whenever we seek honor in other than it, Allah will humiliate us."
