Does a wife's refusal to fulfill her husband's legitimate rights, if he is corrupt and incites her to vice, make her accountable and cause the angels to curse her?

A husband who incites his wife to commit indecency is one whose nature has degenerated and who has violated the Sacred Law. He is a cuckold (dayyuth) who condones immorality among his family.

It is not permissible for the wife to refuse her husband’s call to bed merely because of his corruption or his incitement to indecency, unless it becomes clear to her that he is afflicted with a disease that would harm her.

It is not permissible for the wife to obey her husband in disobeying Allah Almighty. Rather, she must advise him gently and wisely, remind him of Allah, and call him to repentance. If he repents, then praise be to Allah. If he does not repent, she has the right to seek divorce.
