Is going to retrieve the wife after her divorce considered a second revocable divorce (rajʿah) if her family stipulated conditions for her return and the husband agreed to one of them, intending not to accept the other conditions and the divorce?

If you pronounced the divorce of your wife with an explicit utterance, or an ambiguous utterance coupled with intention, then the divorce has occurred, and your wife has become irrevocably separated from you [bainunah kubra]. She does not become lawful for you again unless she marries another husband willingly [zawaj raghba] and he consummates the marriage with her, then he divorces her, and her waiting period [iddah] from him ends. There is no difference whether you had taken her back before the divorce or not.
