Is it sufficient for a married, working man to perform ablution and prayer without washing the penis and clothes after prostatic fluid (madhy) is discharged?

The male organ, clothing, and body must be washed of any traces of madhy (pre-seminal fluid). Then, the worshiper should perform ablution (wudu) to pray. If the worshiper prayed while aware of the impurity of madhy, he must repeat the prayers. However, if he was unaware of it, some scholars are of the view that he is not obligated to repeat them.
