What is the amount that I am Islamically entitled to fine the perpetrators for, in the event of an assault on the home, treachery, attempted murder, seeking redress, psychological damages, being forced to move to another house, and the possibility of the incident causing the destruction of the marriage?

The decisive authority in dispute cases is the Sharia courts or their equivalent. The Sharia came to preserve people's rights and permit the taking of compensation for damages. As for compensation for moral damages, contemporary jurists have differed, some prohibiting it and others permitting it. The preponderant opinion is prohibition, unless the judge rules it without a request.
