How sound is the Hadith: "A man entered Paradise for a fly and a man entered Hell for a fly...", and does Al-A'mash's 'An'anah weaken the narration?

The hadith (definition) was narrated by Imam Ahmad in Kitab Az-Zuhd and by Abu Nu'aym in Hilyat al-Awliya, both through the chain of Al-A'mash from Sulayman ibn Maysarah, from Tariq ibn Shihab, from Salman, who said: "A man entered Paradise for a fly..."

However, scholars have identified three defects in it: 1. An'anat al-A'mash: He was a mudallis (one who conceals the identity of his direct source). 2. Possibility of its being mursal (disconnected): Because Tariq did not hear directly from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. However, his narration from Salman removes this doubt. 3. The athar (narration) is mawquf (stopped) at Salman: It is possible that he narrated it from the People of the Book, which prevents it from being raised to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. However, this does not prevent its authenticity as a narration attributed to Salman.
