What is the text of the Al-Azhar fatwa and the decision of the Sufi Council regarding the warning against the Burhaniyya tariqa?

The Burhaniyya tariqa is attributed to Burhan al-Din Ibrahim al-Desouqi, and it contains many innovations (bid'ah). Among those who affiliated themselves with it in Sudan is Muhammad Othman Abduh al-Burhani, who authored a كتابًا كفريًا (book of disbelief) that the Academy of Islamic Research in Egypt ruled to be contrary to Islam and deemed anyone who believes in its contents to be an apostate.
