Is it permissible to take revenge on the wife’s ex-husband and her sister’s husband for the psychological and physical harm they inflicted upon her, and for forcing her to watch pornographic films? What is the consequence of the evil act committed by the sister’s husband?

Allah gives respite to the oppressors but does not neglect them, and He will exact justice for the oppressed from them. What they have done deserves chastisement and punishment. The determination of the type of punishment and its implementation is referred to the Islamic judiciary. If the wife foregoes demanding her right in this world, her right will not be lost, and she will receive it in full from the one who wronged her on the Day of Resurrection. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Rights will be restored to their owners on the Day of Resurrection, even the hornless sheep will be avenged from the horned sheep."
