Is it permissible to recite from memory what one has memorized of the Qur’an after Fajr prayer, or is it obligatory to recite from the Mushaf?

Reciting the Qur’an is among the best deeds, especially in Ramadan. It is permissible to recite from memory for those who have memorized it, but it is better to read from the Mushaf (copy of the Qur'an) for the presence of the heart, humility, and the engagement of the sense of sight in worship. However, reading from the Mushaf is not obligatory, but rather it is superior.
