Is it permissible to name a newborn "Muhaymin" like the names "Kareem," "Majid," and "Mu'min"?

It is not permissible to name a newborn with the names exclusive to Allah, such as Ar-Rahman (The Most Merciful), Al-Khaliq (The Creator), Al-Quddus (The Most Holy), and Al-Muhaymin (The Dominant). However, it is permissible to use common names like Karim (Generous), Rahim (Merciful), and Ali (Exalted). The most beloved names to Allah are Abdullah (Servant of Allah) and Abdur-Rahman (Servant of the Most Merciful). It is also commendable to use any name that signifies servitude to Allah, such as Abdullah, Abdul-Aziz (Servant of the All-Mighty), and Abdul-Muhaymin (Servant of the Dominant).
