It is not obligatory to acquire sufficient money for Hajj, and as long as you do not possess its expenses, there is no sin upon you for not performing Hajj. You are not required to save the money you have to complete the expenses of Hajj in the future, because striving to obtain money for Hajj is not obligatory.
Therefore, there is no harm in spending this money on '; repeating it is a good deed and an increase in obedience, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Umrah to 'Umrah is an expiation for what is between them, and Hajj Mabrur (an accepted Hajj) has no reward except Paradise," and his saying: "Perform Hajj and 'Umrah successively, for they remove poverty and sins as a blacksmith's bellows removes impurities from iron."
