Every illness or defect that affects marital life or causes one spouse to be repulsed by the other must be disclosed, and it is forbidden to conceal it.
Involuntary urination is one of these defects that must be disclosed to the suitor, unless the sister has been cured or her recovery is imminent.
If the defect is hidden and hoped to disappear, then if the suitor asks, disclosure is obligatory. If he does not ask, he should be informed out of sincerity, especially if its disappearance is not hoped for. As for what is hoped to disappear soon, it is less serious than what is hoped to disappear in the distant future.
