What is the ruling on a woman delaying wearing the legal hijab, on the pretext of her corpulence and her desire to lose weight, in order to avoid wasting money on buying clothes whose destiny is the trash can, citing the hadith: "Indeed, Allah has forbidden for you... and wasting money"?

A Muslim woman must wear the legal hijab when she goes out. It is not permissible for her to go out without it. It is not correct to refrain from buying a hijab on the pretext that it is extravagant or a waste of money, for this is a deception from Satan. Spending money on what Allah has made obligatory is not a waste. If she does not need these clothes in the future, she can donate them as charity. Therefore, she must fear Allah and go out wearing the legal hijab.
