It is advised to counsel the father towards repentance and righteousness, and to seek assistance from some righteous individuals for this purpose. The cure for magic is attainable by diligently observing prescribed ذكر (remembrance of Allah) and ruqya (incantations), and by relying upon Allah. If the father does not treat your mother with kindness, she has the right to refer the matter to the court to remove the harm from her.
