Is the dream mentioned for the night of Ramadan 21, at the time of the Fajr adhan, of a full moon appearing from which an angel emerges pointing to supplication, considered a vision of Laylat al-Qadr, and what are the signs of Laylat al-Qadr and its virtues?

Allah Almighty concealed Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree) so that His servants would strive in worship during the last ten days of Ramadan. It is better than a thousand months (over eighty years), and its goodness lies in the multiplication of reward, Allah's mercy, and His forgiveness. Whoever observes it in prayer out of faith and hope for reward will have his past sins forgiven, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever stands (in prayer) during Laylat al-Qadr with faith and hoping for Allah's reward, will have his past sins forgiven."
