Does a triple divorce occur if a man says to his wife: "You are triply divorced if you do not enter," and he meant the bedroom but did not mention it, then he set a deadline of three minutes for her to enter, so she entered the room and then exited? And is it a condition for her to remain in the room for the mentioned duration so that the divorce does not occur?

If you made your wife's triple divorce conditional on her entering the room within three minutes, and she entered it before the time expired, then you have fulfilled your oath and the divorce has not occurred. However, if you intended that your wife remain in the room for three minutes, and she entered it but you do not know how long she stayed, then ask her: if she remained for the stipulated period or longer, the divorce has not occurred. But if she did not stay for the required period, then a triple divorce has occurred according to most scholars. Doubt regarding the occurrence of a conditional divorce is not taken into consideration, and the divorce does not occur thereby. We emphasize that the lawful oath is by Allah Almighty, whereas swearing by divorce is among the oaths of the disobedient.
