What is said at the beginning of the Tarawih prayer, and does it include a specific intention such as (I intend to pray for Almighty God in obedience to my Generous Lord, two rak'ahs, a Sunnah)?

Uttering the intention for prayer is an innovation, because there is no evidence that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, or his Companions did so. The Sunnah is for a Muslim to bring the intention to mind with his heart only.
