He should be advised gently and reminded of the obligation to be just among his children, and to abandon the forbidden suspicion regarding his daughters' conduct. As for university education, if there are Sharia violations, then his command must be obeyed. But if the matter is free from violations, then he is not permitted to prevent them from studying.
