What is the ruling on shaving the hair below the navel, and is it obligatory to remove hair from the testicles, and what about the ruling on shaving the pubic hair for women?

Sheikh Muhammad ibn Salih Al-Uthaymeen said that shaving hair from the anus and testicles is not part of the Sunan al-Fitra (practices of natural disposition). However, if it becomes abundant, it should be removed to prevent it from becoming contaminated by excretions. It is confirmed that istihdad (shaving the pubic hair) is part of the fitra, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, set a limit of not leaving it for more than forty days. It is recommended to start shaving the pubic hair from below the navel, beginning with the right side, while maintaining modesty and concealing what is removed. The wisdom behind removing this hair is cleanliness and avoiding the accumulation of dirt and impurities. This wisdom applies to hair on the testicles and anus if impurities cling to them. Women are like men in the ruling concerning the removal of pubic and armpit hair.
