Does the ruling of not invalidating ablution upon feeling a movement in the anus without a sound or smell include reading the Quran, just as it includes prayer?

Whoever doubts the invalidation of his ablution but is not certain, remains in a state of purity, whether he is performing prayer or outside of it. This is the view of the majority of scholars. Thus, whoever is certain of purity and doubts its invalidation, is judged to remain in a state of purity and is not required to perform ablution again.
