Is the saying: "None will enter Paradise except he whose permit has been stamped by Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him)" a weak or fabricated hadith?

The mentioned preacher is a liar against Allah the Almighty and His Messenger, peace be upon him. Allah has made entry into Paradise conditional upon faith and righteous deeds, and He has promised Paradise to the believers. There are prophetic hadiths that confirm that entry into Paradise is conditional upon faith, among them the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Whoever meets Allah without associating anything with Him will enter Paradise," and his saying: "None will enter Paradise except the believers." There is no validity to the statement "None will enter Paradise except those for whom it has been sealed," and the mentioned hadith is a complete fabrication. People must be warned against this preacher.
