What is the ruling on someone who prostrated instead of bowing (ruku'), should he stand up while saying "Allahu Akbar" and bow, or should he stand up then bow?

Whoever forgets and prostrates without having bowed, should stand up straight without saying "Allahu Akbar" because this is not the place for "Allahu Akbar." Then he should bow, saying "Allahu Akbar." It is not sufficient for him to go directly from prostration to bowing; rather, he must return to a standing position to bow, intending the bowing.
