The answer

If the father's division of land during his lifetime was in the form of a will that only takes effect after his death, this division is not considered valid if it does not conform to Islamic law, due to the : "There is no will for an heir." You bear no sin if you are unable to convince your siblings to adhere to the -compliant division. However, if the division was in the form of an immediate gift during his lifetime and included all children, then this is a valid gift, and it is not necessary to divide it again according to Sharia after his death, because it passed out of his ownership during his lifetime.
