Is it permissible for a woman to ride in a car with her male cousin (son of her maternal aunt) without her husband's permission, and is a wife entitled to seek divorce because her husband is suspicious of her?

A wife riding with her mother, sister, and maternal cousin is not forbidden because there is no khalwa (private seclusion). However, the wife must obey her husband if he orders her not to ride with a non-mahram. If the wife disobeys this command, she has erred, and the husband should not utter any reprehensible words. If a divorce does not occur, two arbiters, one from his family and one from hers, should intervene to reconcile them, or to separate them if reconciliation is impossible. If the two arbiters are unable to reconcile them, scholars differ on whether they should rule for divorce or khulʿ.
