What is Islam's ruling on a person feeling the desire to look with lust at a foreign woman to avoid future sexual frigidity?

Looking at a foreign woman with lust is forbidden. One must lower their gaze and avert it upon seeing a woman, as Allah Almighty says: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Avert your gaze." The first fleeting glance is forgiven if it was unintentional. However, deliberately prolonging the gaze is forbidden, because the end does not justify the means, and because Allah has not placed healing in that which is forbidden.
