What is the validity of the following marriage contracts, with justification: Ali’s marriage to Faten, Ali’s marriage to Sawsan the sister of Fadwa, Ali’s marriage to Shadia, and Ibrahim’s marriage to Alia the daughter of Shadia; bearing in mind that Ali was suckled by Fadwa, and Shadia was suckled by Faten?

It is not permissible for Ali to marry the women mentioned because they are his unmarriageable kin (mahram) through breastfeeding, nor for Ibrahim to marry Aliya bint Shadiya. In detail: if Ali was breastfed by Fadwa (Ibrahim's first divorcee) with Ibrahim's milk, then he cannot marry Fatin (Ibrahim's second divorcee) because she is his father's wife through breastfeeding. Nor can he marry Sawsan (Fadwa's sister) because she is his maternal aunt through breastfeeding. Nor can he marry Shadiya (who was breastfed by Fatin with Ibrahim's milk) because she is his sister through breastfeeding. Ibrahim cannot marry Aliya bint Shadiya because she is the daughter of his daughter through breastfeeding (due to her being breastfed by Fatin). This is based on the premise that Ali and Shadiya were breastfed with Ibrahim's milk, and breastfeeding renders unlawful what lineage renders unlawful.
